Improving Students' Vocabulary Mastery Through Short Movie of The Fisrt Grade Students at SMAN 15 Bandar Lampung

Vocabulary is one of the English components that needs to be mastered by learners, yet most students have big problems in mastering vocabulary. Based on researcher’s observation during PLP, it was found at X and XI class had lack vocabularies. The objectives this research were find out i) significant improvement students’ vocabulary mastery after being taught through short movie first grade SMAN 15 Bandar Lampung ii) type which improves most. approach quantitative. There 30 chosen. tests used collect data. researcher a single group pretest-posttest design. data also computed using SPSS 25.0 for Windows. result showed mean score getting higher teacher utilized movie, having number 77.13.
